Some graham crackers, a glass of Tang and Booba: pure happiness. Booba wrote 09 after a failed attempt to cross the Atlantic in a rubber raft. I'm not sure if this can be considered Hip Hop. The 2000s produced an enormous amount of shit, but this disc is an exception.
