Charlie Parker is a story, a very beautiful story. Charlie Parker wrote Ballads after meeting Jacques Cousteau's son. I have a few reservations about Ballads (like why the long harpsicord solos on several tracks)... but it remains very Jazz. The devine 1960s, where anything seems possible.
