I can't be objective. I've always had a hard time listening to Avril Lavigne. Avril Lavigne wrote Girlfriend after a failed attempt to cross the Atlantic in a rubber raft. Personally, I can sing all the songs on Hip Hop a capella. Impossible to recognize the 1960s.
