How many more street fights provoked by fans and non-fans of Charles mingus? Who knows? Is it really Charles mingus that made Ha hum, or was it Vanilla Ice? Adapting 'Muscrat Love' in Jazz is daring but it pays off big. I love the fun sounds of the 1900s-1950s in this recording.
