Gros Lèche is the art of sound mastering. Highly produced yet, so wild and natural. Moumoune was recorded in a bread factory in Paramus. If you listen closely you can hear the slow and seductive sounds of the kneading machines. The gutteral sounds on Gros Lèche remind me of the incantations of Big Chief Run-A-Muck. I love the fun sounds of the 2000s in this recording.
