Le Peuple de L Herbe's last disk was wonderful. Can we say the same for PH Test Two? PH Test Two leaves the listener astounded, often moved, sometimes in a total state of shock but, rarely sleepy. When you think of Philly, you think of cheese steak. When you think of electro you think of Le Peuple de L Herbe. The 2000s : a doomed decade.
