James Brown is the art of sound mastering. Highly produced yet, so wild and natural. When I listen to Papa don t take no mess, I turn off my batteries. All the energy comes from the CD. It's hard to define the worldwind sounds of funk. Even though the cover is hideous, the CD is superb.
