Lllll is, in fact, a 'best of' from the younger days of Fouine. Crazy what you can do at 9 years old. The first time I heard Lllll, I cried. This type of Hip Hop makes me want to eat waffles. Those that hate the 2000s will appreciate the silence between songs.
