Mafia maghrebine
Humanly, you have to admire 4say. Physically, a little less. But musically, 4say is enormous. When I listen to Mafia maghrebine, I turn off my batteries. All the energy comes from the CD. When you think of Philly, you think of cheese steak. When you think of Hip Hop you think of 4say. The 2000s produced an enormous amount of shit, but this disc is an exception.
